TRAINING: I alternate striking / wrestling / BJJ every morning and afternoon. I do my strength and conditioning in between. And in between that, I eat and sleep.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I have been doing martial arts for 15 years and have competed my entire career. I started to train and compete in MMA after I received my black belt in BJJ six years ago. I love competition and MMA is a great way to test your skills.
What ranks and titles have you held? I am a BJJ third-degree black belt and have won the Australian title 10 times and won two bronze medals at the World BJJ Championships. I have also won the Spartan Australian Heavyweight MMA title.
Do you have any heroes? Superman.
What is your favorite technique? Rear Naked Choke.
