Jason BlackTRAINING: Usually 1.5 - 2 hours of weight training combined with sprints or stairs in the morning. At night, either an hour of boxing or grappling, topped off with a 1/2 hour of cardio. When and why did you start training for fighting? I started wresting in 3rd grade. When I got out of college I moved to Bettendorf and started making the transition into MMA in 1999.
