TRAINING: Training for this fight has been great. I usually wake up and eat breakfast then head to the gym for some grappling or sparring. Usually the hard workout is in the morning, with most technical work done at night.
When and why did you start training for fighting? 2005. I needed a competitive outlet after I completed my eligibility in college wrestling

Do you have any heroes? My mom.
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It's good to be back. This is where I belong and I plan on making lots of noise in this division.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes. The University of Nebraska. I earned a BA in History
What was your job before you started fighting? I was an operations manager and full time EMT at a private ambulance company.
