TRAINING: Vicious brutal training. My main training partner is Jason "The Athlete" MacDonald and some top level pro boxers and National level wrestlers and some really good Jiu-Jitsu guys. You mix that around and throw in the madness of my trainer Mark Pavelich and 9 out of 10 people are getting their feelings hurt.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I watched the early UFCs and I was never really into team sports, so this was perfect.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It’s unbelievable and every fighter’s dream. It’s one thing to get here though - I want to stay here.
