Vinc PichelTRAINING: I get up at 4am Monday morning and drive 2-3hrs from my house in Sherman Oaks to San Diego. Around 8 I eat breakfast, train from 10:30-12 or 1, eat, sleep for a bit, then eat again and go back to training. After that I eat again, relax for a bit, wake up the next morning, and do it all over again. On Friday I drive 3-4hrs back home through traffic then Saturday and Sunday I work for AAA selling batteries for 12hrs. And that's a week in the life of Vinc "From Hell" Pichel
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training about five years ago, because of Mark “The Bear” Smith. I was a punk kid getting into fights in the street, and he challenged me to train and to see how tough I was fighting someone that actually knew what they were doing. So I went to the gym and have been training ever since. What ranks and titles have you held? None Do you have any heroes? Someone that has all odds against him but still comes out on top What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? Everything. It’s a dream, a goal, it’s the whole reason why I worked so hard in fighting the last five years – to get in the UFC and to test myself and see how good I am. That’s the best of the best and that’s where I want to be. Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No What was your job before you started fighting? I sold batteries for AAA Ranks in any martial arts styles: Purple belt in jiu-jitsu Favorite grappling technique: It depends on what kind of mood I’m in Favorite Striking technique: Hellbow
