TRAINING: There is never a typical day... so to give a rundown of my training regimen?? You'd have to come down to the Bodyshop and check it out for yourself.

When and why did you start training for fighting? In 1999 I decided I needed to pick up a hobby to release some frustration and an overabundance of testosterone.

What ranks and titles have you held? MFC Lightweight Champion (defended the title 2 times), IFL Undefeated Welterweight, Cage Combat Lightweight champ, UAGF Lightweight champ, Hitman welterweight champ, Rage in the Cage Lightweight champ

Do you have any heroes? GOD!

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It's a true honor to now represent the finest MMA Organization on the Globe.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? UNH (University of the Hood!) Earned my degree in Life!

What was your job before you started fighting? Gym owner (Bodyshop Fitness), Non profit Founder (Fight for Kids), Head Wrestling Coach (Poly High School), Tournament Director (Warriors Challenge)... ps. these were my "jobs" before, during and after fighting...
