TRAINING: Two to three sessions a day. A lot of high intensity training, sparring twice a week, wrestling once and jiu-jitsu twice. along with privates from Greg Jackson, Mike Winklejohn and Professor Tussa.
When and why did you start training for fighting? Nov 2009. I love to compete, and losing isn't my thing.
