Biographie

TRAINING: A typical training day for me has been to begin training at 10:30 am, stretching and warming up. Monday and Thursday have been focused on ground work along with lots of cardio to build my strength where I was injured. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I have been focusing on Muay Thai and boxing. Saturday I work and review on what we did the prior week. And finally, on Sunday I get as much rest as possible.

When and why did you start training for fighting? A long time ago – I always liked the sport and have always been a fan of fighting.

What ranks and titles have you held? Bellator Middleweight Champ, CFC Middleweight Champ
