Biographie

Thoughts on opponent, Davey Grant? Davey Grant is a very talented, tough fighter. He's got great striking and durability, as well as being a big fighter for the division. Adding a guy like this under the list of people that I've fought against and beat is definitely going to turn some heads.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training when I was 13. The thought of being a professional fighter really drew me in as a kid, and I just so happened to find one of the best schools in New England to train in. When I started training, I loved it more than any other hobby or pastime, and I decided to go all in from a young age. When I turned 18, I had my first amateur fight and my career snowballed from there. I never thought I would be in the UFC but here I am.

What ranks and titles have you held? Number one bantamweight and featherweight in New England. Number one pound for pound in New England.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It's 10 years of me putting my heart and soul into the thing I love to do most. I feel like it’s the ultimate accomplishment and I am so proud to be able to say that I am employed with the best fighters in the world.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Currently going to Bridgewater State University and studying Business Management

What was your job before you started fighting? Worked in Electronics at Walmart when I was younger

Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? Cage Titans and CFX champion

Ranks in any martial arts styles: Purple belt in BJJ

Favorite grappling technique: Arm locks

Favorite Striking technique: Leg Kicks
