The Louisiana homecoming for welterweight up and comer Alan Jouban will have to wait, as the Lafayette native has been forced from his New Orleans bout against veteran Brian Ebersole on June 6 due to an elbow injury.
Stepping up to face Ebersole at the Smoothie King Center will be Omari Akhmedov, who has won 12 of his last bouts.
Tickets for UFC Fight Night, which is headlined by the light heavyweight matchup between Daniel Cormier and Ryan Bader, go on sale on Friday, April 10. The card will air live on FOX Sports 1.
