Thousands of MMA fans around the country are getting ready for next weekend's second-ever UFC Fan Expo in Las Vegas. Packing for the pool parties, targeting your must-hit booths, sharpening your autograph pens, wondering how you'd look with a mullet from Miguel Torres.

But for twenty-two men in attendance, the preparation for next weekend is far more intense. The expo's showpiece is Saturday's fight night -- UFC 114: Rampage vs. Evans. While the preparation of the headliners is well-documented, it's a whole other experience for an up-and-comer on the card -- like Joe Brammer, aka The South Side Strangler.
