Immokalee's Ovince St. Preux wins UFC fight by knockout

"This matchup wasn’t David vs. Goliath or Rocky Balboa vs. Apollo Creed, but when an Immokalee High School graduate got tabbed to fight an Ultimate Fighting Championship legend, the underdog label clearly belonged to Ovince St. Preux.
"St. Preux, 31 and a 2001 Immokalee graduate, learned Oct. 29 he would be replacing Jim Manuwa, who was injured in late October. Manuwa therefore could not face home country favorite Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua in the main event of UFC Fight Night 56 on Saturday in Brazil.
"Rua ranked No. 9 among light heavyweight UFC fighters to St. Preux’s No. 10 ranking. But in terms of popularity and longevity, Rua had a 22-9 record, $2.9 million in career earnings according to MMA Manifesto and 633,000 followers on Twitter.
"St. Preux had a 16-6 record, $161,000 in career earnings and 6,714 followers on Twitter."
