Zuffa Goes After More Pirates

On Thursday, August 26, 2010, Zuffa, LLC, obtained a Temporary Restraining Order from the United States District Court for the District of Nevada against HQ-Streams.com and Johnny Tike preventing them from unlawfully streaming UFC events, including the upcoming UFC 118 event, on the website.  Upon receipt of the Temporary Restraining Order, HQ-Streams.com understood the consequence of its illegal activity posting the following message on its website: “Too (sic) All Members Of The Forum, There won't be any UFC 118 stream here this Saturday. We don't want our site to get into troubles (sic) with Zuffa!”

 
Zuffa takes the unauthorized use of its intellectual property seriously, and will take all lawful steps necessary to enjoin third parties such as HQ-Streams.com from illegally airing and streaming UFC, WEC or Pride events, and from otherwise attempting to profit from such unlawful activity.
