Due to injury, Jimi Manuwa has been forced to withdraw from his Saturday main event against Thiago Santos. Stepping in for Manuwa in the five-round light heavyweight main event at Ginasio do Ibirapuera in Sao Paulo, Brazil will be American slugger Eryk Anders.
UFC Fight Night will air live on FS1.
Owner of an 11-1 pro MMA record, former Alabama linebacker Anders is coming off a Performance of the Night knockout of Tim Williams on August 25, his third UFC win in four tries. Santos, who is making his first start at 205 pounds, has ended five of his last six victories by knockout.
Another late change to the card will see unbeaten UFC newcomer Luigi Vendramini replacing the injured Belal Muhammad against Elizeu Zaleski Dos Santos.
